Overview

NurseReports is a web application built for registered nurses to share and access transparent information about hospital working conditions. It provides crowdsourced data on staffing ratios, compensation, management quality, and more — giving nurses the information they need to make informed career decisions.

Rationale

The nursing profession lacks transparency around hospital working conditions. Nurses often accept positions without knowing what they’re walking into — unsafe staffing ratios, poor management, or misleading job postings. NurseReports creates a platform where nurses report on their actual experiences, building a database of real working conditions that holds healthcare institutions accountable.
